Woodburn Indiana Online Bill Payments The City of Woodburn is currently accepting utility payments online. We have transitioned into partnership with InvoiceCloud via our new online payment portal implemented in August of 2024. Several options are available for making a payment towards your utility account balance: -Pay online by credit/debit card (charges apply) -Pay online by ACH/EFT direct withdrawal (charges apply) -Sign up for AutoPay through City Hall (free service) -Pay by cash, check, or money order either through the mail, by hand, or by night drop (free service) If you are interested in paying online, please note that you are now able to check current balances, track previous payments, and sign up for E-billing. There are also more features that InvoiceCloud offers our customers which we can explain as we move forward with this process.
