Tonya Thompson, President 23005 Woodburn Road People Helping People The Woodburn Community Clothing Bank began in November of 2008 with a mission of “People Helping People”. This public service is currently run from Phoenix Manor, previously Woodburn Elementary, located at 23005 Woodburn Road, under door entrance # 2. Hours of operation are Tuesday and Thursday from 6-8pm and the 3rd Saturday of the month from 8-noon. Everything is free and all are welcome.
