Online Biller Portal Now Available

Dear Woodburn Residents,

We are pleased to inform you that our online biller portal is back online and fully operational. We sincerely appreciate your patience during the recent conversion.

To ensure a smooth and secure experience, all users will need to **re-register** for a new account on the portal. This re-registration is necessary even if you had an account prior to the conversion.

Here’s how to get started:

1. **Visit the Online Biller Portal** https://www.invoicecloud.com/CityofWoodburnIN

2. **Click on “Register Now”** and Enter your Information from your new Utility Bill.

3. **Log in** with your new credentials to continue managing your bills online.
