The City of Woodburn will be participating in Trick-or-Treating for Halloween this year on Saturday October 28th 2023 from 5:00pm-7:00pm.

*The Lion’s Club will be hosting a costume contest immediately following City-Wide Trick-or-Treating at the Woodburn Lutheran School gymnasium. All ages are welcome to attend.
