Community Association

WCA meetings are open to the public and are held at Woodburn City Hall on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm.  We encourage anyone living or working in the Woodburn area to attend.

Christmas Lighted Parade & City Lighting Contest

This event is held in mid December each year and includes the Lighted Parade on Main Street, a Visit From Santa at the Woodburn Clock Plaza, Living Nativity and Warm Holiday Treats

Proceeds from the events benefit many local charities.  Here are just a few: The Woodburn Food Bank, Woodburn Youth League, Woodburn Christian Children’s Home, Woodburn Santa Patrol and the Woodburn Community Park.

One major focus of the WCA over the next several years will be to raise funds for the installation of a Splash Pad at the Woodburn Community Park.
