The Woodburn branch of the Allen County Public Library is open to all residents of and visitors to the city of Woodburn. It houses a large collection of materials for checkout, including books for all ages, magazines, audiobooks, music CDs, movies, video games, board games, puzzles, Wi-Fi hotspots, and laptops. Anyone who lives in or owns property in Allen County can receive a free library card to use at any ACPL location; out-of-county visitors can purchase a subscription card for a fee. The Woodburn library also offers free onsite Wi-Fi, computers, printers, a fax machine, a free courtesy phone, and a copy machine which can be used by anyone with or without a library card. A small study room for 1-4 people and a large meeting room for up to 32 people are also available for free reservations for individuals and non-profit and community groups.
