Items listed below are a summary of current changes to date. It is meant to relay important information but is not meant to be complete.

Executive Order 20-13 determines that capacity within Indiana’s hospitals exceeds what is available or needed and consequently authorizes temporary facilities to be established with the waiving of certain requirements that would otherwise be in force.

Executive Order 20-13 allows for individuals who are no longer licensed or are licensed out of state, conditions in which they can temporarily become authorized to practice medicine in Indiana during this time.

Executive Order 20-13 conserves PPE by eliminating or postponing “elective and non-urgent” procedures starting April 1st, 2020. This provision supersedes provisions in Executive Order 20-04 paragraph 7.

Executive Order 20-13 sets forth stipulations for acceptable “Telemedicine” practices by category of service.

Executive Order 20-14 extends previously discussed limitations to restaurants, bars, nightclubs, etc. through April 6th.

Executive Order 20-15 allows an additional 60 days to claim Hoosier Lottery prizes.

Executive Order 20-15 allows the Indiana Horse Racing Commission to approve an alternate schedule for races for the remainder of the calendar year.

Executive Order 20-15 postpones alumni trustee elections for Indiana University Trustees until 2021.

Executive Order 20-16 articulates the requirements for Indiana K-12 schools to provide remote learning though the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year.

Executive Order 20-16 allows for modification to graduation requirements for graduating students in 2020.

Executive Order 20-16 extends teacher licensing to September 1st, 2020 for any licenses previously set to expire between March 1st and August 31st.

Executive Order 20-17 renews Executive Order 20-02 (Public Health Emergency) for 30 days additionally starting on April 5th and lasting until May 5th unless otherwise modified.

Executive Order 20-18 extends the duration of in person dining restrictions and continuity of operations of state government by two weeks, up to and through end of day April 20th.
