View All News Temporary Disruption to Online Bill Pay Services Dear Woodburn City Residents, We are excited to announce that City Hall and Woodburn City Utilities are upgrading to new, state-of-the-art software systems. These changes are part of our ongoing efforts to improve efficiency, enhance security, and provide better services to you. However, as we transition to these new systems, there will be some temporary disruptions that we want you to be aware of. **Key Information:** Service Affected: All Online Bill Payments Disruption Period: June 17th to August 15th Reason: Software Upgrade and Transition During this period, online bill payment services will be temporarily unavailable. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to complete these necessary upgrades as quickly and smoothly as possible. Alternative Payment Options- 1. In-Person Payments: You can still make payments in person at City Hall during regular business hours. 2. Mail-In Payments: Payments can be sent via mail to the address listed on your bill. 3. Drop Box: There is a dropbox on the East side of city available to drop off payment 24/7. 4. ACH Autopay: We will have a free service at City Hall to sign up for that will debit your account each month. *Note: NO Credit/Debit Card Payments are accepted at City Hall at this time.
